In this edition of the APN Wire:
We are looking at things big and small in this issue. Check out our articles this week covering all sizes of installations, and some pretty wonderful discoveries. Also, just one of the interesting new initiatives from the art pros at the Oakland Museum of CA. If you have not been over there lately there is a lot happening now and in the future.
Also, the Featured Opportunities this week are for all you art pro handlers and builders. I am sad to see Calen go, but if you’re looking for a fun full-time gig, check out The Wattis.
Have you heard?! Our latest podcast is about gloves in the context of not just materials, but scenarios too. Make sure you think things through – the materials, method, and madness. Speaking of materials and methods, the newest installation of works by artists Ed Aulerich-Sugai and Mark Mitchell is on view at CARe. The exhibition is beautiful and worth the trip up to Holy Hill.
Finally, there are a ton of opportunities all over the state including a webinar about new regulations for online practices, and an event in San Diego for all of you looking to work on your digital spaces. There is a lot changing out there in the virtual world, and it’s important for us to learn all we can.
Be well this week!APN is working to help art pros! Let us know what we can do for you – connect@artpronet.com.
