Maybe you are considering your trajectory forward and planning for the future. Now is the time to get started! Whether it is identifying who you want to support or asking others to join your team, don’t wait until the craziness of the holiday season to make a plan.
The end of the year is a great time to check in with yourself. Take stock of what worked this year and what didn’t. Is it time to make a new 5-year plan? Is it time to make the first one? The other thing to do is start working on your networking plan for the 2022 thank yous. My podcast this week is all about being grateful for those people who have contributed to your success.
