In this edition of the APN Wire:

Well, I don’t know about you, but I am hoping the next month of quarantine is the beginning of the end.  There seems to be light at the end of the tunnel.  We all have to make a plan on how to get back to work.  I know many of us have lost jobs and opportunities, but looking forward let’s try to make a plan to bring back our workforce.  One important hopeful element of this issue…we have some of the first job postings that have come out in months!

Take a listen to my latest podcast episode where I get into many of the criteria I am using to help me make a plan for my team.  There is a lot to consider.  Most importantly, giving yourself and those on your team time to learn a new process for all tasks can be very challenging but doable.  Also, check out the Smithsonian Cultural Initiative COVID page to find out some great information on the many details we all need to think through.

Also, take a look at our articles and videos.  There are many art pros out there working on solutions.  Lots of great thoughts and suggestions to help you find your way.  Let me know if I can help further with your solutions and planning.  We are all going to have to learn from one another and as we get started again.

Thanks for being a part of the APN community.  Be Well!
